CD35 - AF is here!

Hi Ladies!!

So today is my 2nd day of menses.. Without any fertility aids to induce my menses, I manage to have her here!!

I know, I might sound happy and surprise for this post BUT I am really trying to get my menses to come by it's own without any aids if possible!

So, this round, the CD1 has been pretty heavy and red fresh blood stains.. Which is good i suppose! And also, i do see some clots which could have caused the cramps that I was groaning all day to Mountain Bear..

We have been planning that, we just wanted to go with the flow and let God plan it out if we were to try naturally.. But I've already schedule a follow up for IUI in January 2019.

I've explained to Mountain Bear that, "let's give IUI 2 - 3 chances.. I feel it would be less stressful for me & you." He was alil hesitant but I've assure him that it's less traumatic for me than IVF with all the hormone shots and all.. So he agreed.

January is a good start.. New Year and hopefully new family members coming in! It has been a great 4 years together with my Mountain Bear and I feel we pampered each other so much that now, it's time to pamper someone elses.. LOL!! And our plan was to hopefully get a child with God's Will..

So for this cycle, I am just gonna do as usual.. Continue with my Folic Acids + Irons, adding in L-Arginine for this menstrual cycle days & my AFC Collegen + Gluthathione Supplements..

So today, (17/11/18) I am down with bad flu and allergies.. I might need to start on Antibiotics for these bugs.. And as for this cycle, my boobs has been very tender for the past 2 weeks with erected nipples.. Which is very very sensitive and the cramps are waving in like tsunamis.. Ended up with a home rest, 2 days ago..

I tried not to get excited everytime my cycle reaches CD26 onwards.. I was hoping by CD28 I will see 2 lines on the test.. But I know it's impossible.. Somehow I feel that, hey... I 've covered all the fertile days and we really give it all out, ending up with negatives, it's just... hopeless.. That sense of, WHY ME? instead of WHY NOT ME!.. Urghhh... I'm sure you ladies knows how it felt to be kept waiting and waiting as our age catches up!

So, I really wanted to get this done by 2019! I really feel it's a great year & insyallah Allah will grant our wishes to start a family!!

CD56 (13/10/18) - AF is HERE!!!!

Soooo!! Exactly 56 days later, I manage to have my menses and ohh boyy it feels good to see her after a long month with no actual outcome. Bloated like whatttt........

I manage to have my menses without taking any inducer meds which is great! Although I have requested from my RE office for a set. So yeah... As much as I don't want to see her on a period where I wish I was gonna be pregnant, but on the other hand, I was glad to see her afterall..

So on the 31st Oct, I will be visiting my RE and I have decided to go for an IUI first. Because I feel that, let's give that IUI a chance.. Who knows, with God's will, we could get conceived.

So it has been a week after my menses came.. I must say, this cycle, my "output" isn't much.. It's all brown/blackish and fresh blood afterward for the next 4 days.. minimal flow.. Hmm... I was abit bothered by the output.. I'm not sure if the Vitex has caused it or I'm having an anovulatory cycle which cause such flows..

Urgh... It sucks waiting to know when will I get pregnant... It aches.. But I enjoy having long hours of uninterrupted sleeps for the meanwhile with Mountain Bear.. LOL!!!

Also, we are having alot of stuffs to be done.. With the moving of homes and such.. I really feel that Allah has made a beautiful plan for us.. I feel that our time will come to have a family of our own. Knowing that my mom will be moving nearer to us in the near future, I could sent my child there when I am at work! And our worries on finances would be settled by then!

So I will update you ladies on my journey with IUI procedure next.. The Do's & Don't, the prices and step by step procedures.

CD48 - UPT BFN, OPK + No AF Still

Hi Ladies!!

Ohhh....Maaa.....Gawddd......

I am still in limboland and no signs of cramps or bleeding still!

This is amazing... LOL!! Amazingly irritating! LOL!!!

So I was pretty curious on why am I having this delay..

I was not sure if the Vitex has anything to do with this...

It either worked or it messed it up BIG TIME...

Somehow, I was still feeling nausea and dizziness which lasted for the past 4 days still..

I was even on MC on Monday & Tuesday because a quick turn around caused my vision to be "unstable".. I don't know but I know it was not something normal..

So today is CD48, I decide to have my bloods drawn. I am sooo frustrated to know why this is happening unless if the reason is, obviously I am finally pregnant.. But... Let's try not to go there just yet.

Had the Progesterone & BETA HCG done and boyy.. I've received the results..

I am NOT PREGNANT............*Sad emoji*

And my PROGESTERONE is 2.0nmol/L.. Which is damnnnnnn low.....

Urghhhh..... I honestly felt such heavy feeling in my stomach when reading the results...

Guess I need to find a way to induce my menses... Or just wait.....

Trying to think positive, maybe I've ovulated late? And maybe the level is still low....?

I don't know... I just feel garbage right now....

Maybe there is no chance that I can be pregnant naturally...

I think it's time to try and have the next step done...

Getting IUI done...

It's super depressing when you really hope a delay in your period indicate a good news.. But for someone who has PCOS, it's something to expect... But I refuse to believe that..

Urghhh........I miss Mountain Bear right now... I just wish to have him here with me when I read this news.. But sometime I wish not to let him see it.. I dunno... Urghhh!!

I'm having another appointment with my RE on the 28th Nov... I think it's time to do an IUI arrangements...

I will update you ladies when I have my menses back!

CD39 - Stuck in Limboland still

Hi ladies!!

So today it's CD39 and I am feeling extremely tired...

I started having waves of very very light and dull cramps..

Also notice that I'm having lower back pain.. Mostly on the sides and not at the center where the spine runs.. usually that's the case..

I also notice that I am having this rumbling, vibrating, bubbling gases sensation on my lower abdomen these past few days.. Feeling bloated and 'hard' on the lower abdomen region..

And I've notice that my thighs nearing to the knee cap/joints, has been aching since 2 days ago.. I wasn't sure if it was the cold temperature that I'm in..

Once awhile, I felt like boobs are aching.. other times, it's normal...

Gosh... I have no idea what's going on! Could the Vitex making my cycle haywired?

Also, I do feel some aches at the side of my boobs once a while...

Not much to update... I really wish this would turn out what we wanted... We DTD on CD36 just in case..LOL!!

It's been soooo long we waited for this!

Also, I've rescheduled my RE appointment to next month.. I wasn't feeling the need to be consulted right now.. I just wanna get the answer..

So yeah!! Will update you guys again on the following week.. If I were to calculate my weeks from CD1, I should be 5 weeks 5 days now.. Let's see how's the outcome yes...

CD37 - No Cramps & No AF Still

......And still Negative on the prenancy test...

Ok.. I assume that my cycle are going haywire right now.. Today is Monday and I've started taking in Vitex again for the next 3 weeks.

Let's see what symptoms I can pinpoint..

- Tired
- Hungry
- Not much cm down there
- Increased Heart rate
- Sleepy
- Some sharp pain at sides of pelvic
- Acne
- Motion Sickness on bus (Dizzy & nausea)
- Skin itches
- Bloated
- Hearburn pain when lying down to bed

Basically it's the same symptoms during my PMS, but this round, no cramps at all..

Hmm... I was so keen to get a blood test done in my clinic but I'm gonna give another week a go.. To see in case if AF decide to come..

Not sure if Vitex was the caused of it.. Hmm...

Well I'm at work right now.. Just had my waffles for lunch..

Really hope this waiting ends fast... And I am hoping for the best!

CD 35 - No Cramps, No AF

Heyyy ladies!!

So today, I am at work and I am feeling super tired!

Maybe because I've just scanned over 300 pages of patient details for compiling..
Urgh... Ma eyes are sore!! I believe I had chalazion due to these..

So yes! Today is CD 35... And like last cycle, I was suppose to have roughly around these days to get my AF geared up..

So far no cramps, just diarrhoea, acne on scalps, feeling hungry, sleepy even after a good 6-8 hours of rest.. Maybe it's just work that makes me tired.. And discharges which is currently not so much anymore.. Hmmm..

Also, I've stopped taking in Vitex for this week. Take daily for 3 weeks, 1 week break then resume back another 3 weeks.

Talking about doing pregnancy test this late, still negative but I don't know if I might have ovulated late this cycle.. Well we shall see..

There isn't much updates or changes lately.. apart from feeling sleepy and frequent diarrhoea, i am all good.. But i realised that I'm having alot of left side chest pain.. I have a strong feeling it's gastric reflux or heartburn. Because when I turn to my right side when sleeping, it hurts.. But when I turn over to the left, felt wayy better.. Hmm... Must be the amount we ate! LOL!!

Today, started to feel some lower back pain and slightly bodyaches..

I just hope that my cycles are getting back regularly even without any medications to enhance it.. But we shall see this cycle yes..

CD23 - Some Random Updates

Hey Ladies!!

It's CD23 and I am feeling lazyyyyy & tireeddddd & not much motivation going on..

So today, Mountain Bear & I DTD spontaneously (LOL!!!!) and it was a surprise to the addition session.. in case my egg decide to pop out these few days..

So anyway, I recalled having weird dreams, dreamt that my cousin was crying when I ask him if his wife was pregnant already and he said, not yet, crying.. And I dreamt I was kidnap and wanted to escape trying to unlock the door when Mountain bear decide to wake me up! LOL!! And I dreamt a big snake (python i think?) swallowed a wombat and his shape outline looked like a box, sneaking in our piles of clothings.. I didn't felt any threat with the snake, like it wasn't meant to cause harm.. Oh well.. It's just a dream but it was intensed..

Been having lower abdominal cramps and some fluttering sensations.. Like tiny bubbles rolling and bursting in my abdominal.. Extreme motion sickness on bus lately.. feeling nausea still every single time on the bus.. I'm never like this..

So past weekend, my in laws decide to drop by and they cooked for us a dish that me & mountain bear had been craving for.. It was so yummy! We finished up the dishes that night itself.. It was nice seeing them.. Been quite sometime we had not meet up for a casual chit chat session. They were pretty lonely after we moved out.. We've been pretty busy ourselves with work..

Currently, at work, just finish with my consultation sessions and I am feeling super sleepy, taking my Hot Red Date Tea now... Raining and it's such a nice weather to sleep in.. I just can't wait to get home and sleep!!! But I am craving for some red meat!! It's been awhile I have not had it.. Gonna grab some "SOUP KAMBING" on the way back home later.. Just maybe... hehehe..

I am still taking in my Vitex once a day.. maybe these symptoms that I'm having... these nausea & motion sickness could be caused by Vitex? As it's increase the progesterone level, causing some hormonal changes? I'm not sure about that but, clearly I am having these symptoms..

Urghhh!!! Feeling easily irritated..  I assume that I am currently 8dpo (taking CD15 as O day). Seen some whitish sticky slippery cervical mucus.. Some throat discomfort, slight headache & itchy skin.. How are you ladies doing with ya fertility cycle?

I just wanted to grab the chance to key in some notes/symptoms whenever I can, trying to keep the blog updated frequently, :)
