CD21 (08/09/18) #1 Vitex

Hi Ladies!!

It's September now and goshh... I'm halfway through my 1st cycle on Vitex!!

Here are the updates I would like to share..

So I'm relying on my Ovia app here for my #1 cycle and also match it with my symptoms and also my cervical mucus. So far during my fertile period (highlighted in green), i do see creamy mucus & EWCM texture forming.. Accompanied with right & left pelvis cramps, aching and pulling sensations.

As you can see on this diagram, on the CD1 (19/08/18), we were Doing The Deed (DTD) in the morning with cramps which then followed by AF arriving in the night.. Super sad!! But hey! I had a new cycle to start on! So on CD5 (23/8/18) we started DTD followed by CD8 (26/8/18)..

So coming into the new month, We covered CD14 (01/09/18), CD17 (04/09/18) and yesterday too CD20 (07/09/18).. But i wanna share something different on CD17 (04/09/18) which I never had before.. I started having cramps about 5-10mins after we DTD.. I was resting with pillow on my lower back, I honestly felt like my uterus was being blow up..

It's the same sensation like the time when i had the HSG procedure when the doctor inserted foams/dye/saline into my uterus.. that kind of cramps! And i felt as if my cervix were low when we DTD.. I could feel it's different down there.. And the cramps were on the lower abdomen region..  But after that one cramp, it was gone..

I notice since 03/09/18, I started having cramps on both pelvic area.. I have no idea if that's ovulation cramps, but I recalled that when I coughed that one time, i could feel a poking pain on my left pevic region.. I wonder what was that?? But then, till today, nothing like that had happened again.. So wanted to convinced Mountain Bear that we need to do a closing ceremony of DTD on CD20 as the chart stated my fertile period is coming to an end.. LOL!! Actually he initiated that we had it.. LOL!! His instinct is same as mine.. LOL!

So I am not going to do a blood test on CD21 for this cycle as it's my #1 Vitex cycle! Will definitely do it on my next cycle.

Plus, I was so happy to find out that my friend is finally pregnant after ton and tons of IUI & IVF done for her.. She is 34 and her hubby is 35 and they went for IUI, failed, IVF twice which failed but alhamdulilah her 3rd IVF was successful!! I was so happy for her, the poking, injecting of hormones and drugs and probing of instruments into her, she went through alot.. I even ask myself if i'm mentally prepared to have all these injections and probing to be performed on me, just to have a child in me.. Am i strong enough to go through it?

I had a scheduled appointment this coming 26/09/18 with my Gynae RE and I would like to discuss on having IUI done in December 2018.. I've asked Mountain bear, "let's give Oct & Nov another chance for us to try naturally before we go for IUI.. He agreed with a bear hug given to me.. Alhamdulilah, thank you Allah for this..

So far, not much cramps for today.. But I had few sessions of nausea when taking the bus ride home which I never had before.. Been about 4-5 episodes of them.. I recalled having insomnia few days ago.. I just can't fall asleep... Kept turning and turning.. Still won't fall asleep..

Oh boyy... The things we do to get that lil one in us... The wait... the emotions... the talk.... the procedure.... the sacrifices....

not those kind of sacrifice which you go to Bomoh or what...

But the kinds where you need to give and take on situation and ensure that you are doing it for yourself and not for other, having your partner with you, understanding you and u did the same likewise, changes in lifestyles and all that could potentially harm your conceiving trials, stresses from work and the  makcik minah bawangs... LOL!!

But yes, we women are strong, we will try our best to get this done! I have a strong feeling me and Mountain bear are gonna be parents definitely! If we are not meant to be one, I'm sure Allah will stop telling us to try for it and redha.. But currently, it felt that He wants us to continue going for it! Keep hoping and hoping! Now may not be the good time, but soon it will!!

To my ladies, hang in there.. Age is just a number, time is just a period to pass on.. If Allah says Kun Faya Kun, it will happen..
